Aperol Spritz

Recently discovered at Jamie’s Restaurant “fifteen” in London and now one of my favourite summer cocktails: Aperol Spritz. It’s an italian drink that is commonly served in the northern part of Italy. The ingredients and proportions differ vastly from area to area. My favourite:

Aperol Spritz

  • ice cubes (approximately 3-4 cubes)
  • 6cl Prosecco
  • 4cl Aperol
  • splash of soda water
  • orange slice
  1. Fill a glass with 3-4 ice cubes. Pour in the Prosecco and then top with Aperol. Add the soda water. Stir gently until mixed.
  2. Garnish with an orange slice.

  1. Hi there! I just love Aperol. It is now also widely available in FRANCE in all NICOLAS and MONOPRIX stores! Spritz Time in Paris (too)!!!
